Melanie's path into property ownership began on 1st March 2015, when she became owner of Durbins Lettings, managing residential properties and building a solid reputation for professionalism and client care. In November 2023, Melanie became sole CEO, and with a growing focus on residential sales, she launched Knowles Property Sales to help people buy and sell homes across South Wales.

Melanie started working in estate agency at 18 and quickly developed a strong understanding of the local market and a real enthusiasm for helping people move home. She went on to own and manage her own lettings agency before progressing into residential sales, where she felt she could make the biggest difference to buyers and sellers.
